Raglan run 20 august

Hi I recently rsvpd for the Raglan run that's coming up. Unfortunately another event has come up and I won't be able to make it. How can I withdraw my rsvp?

I understand and sympathise with your dilemma, however once entered, we do not allow withdrawals.

Based on weather forecast, is this event still on or when will decision be made?
We need to advertise in case of delay?...
