Looking to replace audio/nav screen with android auto compatible head unit.
Does any one know if there is a unit that can be installed into the space where the nav screen resides?

Any suggestions re best value for money?

Thanks in advance
Vic

Turn it into a glove box and put in a regular head unit underneath 👍🏻

The nav screens are connected separately from the radio so it not super common to get swap kits for that space. Some guys do their own hacking a tablet in. But most common is to get a full replacement for the stereo itself.

You can get the Braniac kits: https://workshoptwelve.com/nissan-350z/ which a lot of Z owners run. They're reasonably expensive though and I have heard a couple of people say they've had issues with overheating.

Generally best bet is to put an android compatible double din head unit in at the bottom and turn the top into a glove box/storage space :)
