I've just had installed a HKS Hi Power exhaust. It sounds way better than stock but I wouldn't mind it a bit louder. If I got test pipes installed, would it pass a WOF?

Think you just have to be under 95 or 97 decibels at 2500 - 3000 rpm to pass wof standards.

Yes my guess is you'd pass WOF. Though be careful which test pipes you install because 90% of them will make a dual exhaust like the HKS super raspy (tinny sounding). For best results i'd suggest either Motordyne ART pipes or a set of high flow cats (HFC). Best of luck.
