350Z auto trans question

My 350Z (126ks) runs beautifully, but I do notice it has a bit of a clonk at times when moving shifter from Park to Reverse or Drive. Not major but its there.

Very smooth on changes when driving and no noise/looseness evident when accelerating/decelerating sharply. Also can't find any movement in driveshaft, but still this bit of clonk when engaging R or D. Happens sometimes - not every time. Sounds like its coming from the rear but could be sound transfer.

Rear bushes? Can't find any cause. Suggestions?

Mine is a 2007 with 110,000kms. I have owned it for 12 month and thought the gear select clonking was okay, normal. When parked I move into D or R and there is a clonking slight clonking sound that is felt in the gear shifter as you move it. I have not been concerned about it. The car doesnt lurch or anything.

Just a minor thing, but has the Zed had it's transmission fluid changed? It will make a difference.

Yes I will do the oil change - is it easy to do - any traps? What's best oil in the trans for the 350Z? Some google links suggest J ATF is recommended by Nissan? Will check with them ...

As per the owners manual for a Z33, that is correct. Section & page 7-10
