When: Thursday 02nd February 2017
Where: Greenlane McDonalds, corner Greenlane & Great South Roads (320-356 GREAT SOUTH ROAD), Greenlane, 524-2651
Why: Our Monthly Committee Meeting

This is our monthly committee meeting. Members are welcome to attend. [We hold the meeting inside McDonalds in one of the meeting rooms!!! ]

Don't forget to order coffees or food upon arrival.

We are in the most Southern meeting room.

As usual unable to reach McDonalds Greenlane by phone to book the meeting room. Is someone likely to be by today that could stop by and book the room for 7pm, Thursday 02nd Feb??!!!!

And if you wouldn't mind booking the first Thursday for March & April and same again for the following months if you have the time to do this for us.

Financial members, as always you're very welcome to join us for the meeting. There is often a convivial gathering elsewhere afterward.

Room booked until July. But unable to get a room for this Thursday, will have to find a table in the restaurant.
