Try Tony Marsh in East Tamaki @ Marsh Motorsport (has quite a lot of Datsun experience ) or Lyn Rogers in Howick Auckland . Two of the best builders . I had mine freshened up @ Lyn Rogers. Head mods, new pistons, rods fitted and other work done - around 45hrs work in total. That did not include long motor assembly.
Depends what you need done but remember - quality does not cost, it pays and you will get what you pay for.
If you need to buy the 3 carbs you are looking around $3000-4000 new and then there is the manifold and other small bits and pieces I.E fuel line, linkages etc. It will soon add up to quite a bit of $$$

Welcome in Hayden, describe the FI system, if its a modern setup I may have a buyer. Have you seen these in classads https://zclub.nz/viewtopic.php?t=5101, good buying when you consider the extra chokes and the maintenance that has gone into them.
