300 wont start after engine swap

hey guys just did an engine swap on my 300 back to a factory vg30dett with my bolt ons ect intercoolers ect, when we went to do the first start it turned over fine but wouldnt start. we noticed the ignitor was smoking and had got very hot so i removed the battery any ideas of whats going on would be great the loom has been cut a few times for new injector plugs and removing the old piggy back ecu.
