Casual Summer BBQ Event

When: Sunday 18th January 2015
What: Casual Summer BBQ event
Time: From 10am to secure a suitable bbq site.
Where: Wenderholm Regional Park
Address: 37 Schischka Road, Waiwera

Things to bring: Gold coin donation for our club charity St John
Organiser: Bronzee

Other things to bring:
* $2 coins to operate the bbq (if we don't secure a free one)
* if you have a bit of wood or charcoal that you can bring (please post so we don't bring an oversupply)
* Steak and Sausages, bread, salads and refreshments or whatever you'd like to bring. (Please remember be responsible if you're a driver)
* Picnic basket or plates and cutlery
* Swimming gear and towels etc
* Sunblock
* We'll try and find a bbq near a tree for shade & of course you're welcome to bring a tent/sun shade if you'd like
* (Will bring some bbq tongs and utensils and matches).

Join us for a relaxing day loafing around in the sun at the beach, and bbq'ing, swimming and of course chatting Zeds!
There's also a really cool walk over the ridge above the park, for anyone that's keen and has running shoes with them.

Best to get off the Motorway at Orewa and drive up the hill towards Waiwera, as there isn't a motorway off-ramp for those coming from south.

PLEASE NO SKIDS OR THE LIKE, OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!!

Please register attendance so we have an idea of how many to expect.

Have a box of very well seasoned Pine and some kindling, if someone could bring along some newspaper to help light the wood, if we need it.

Good to catch up - and a BBQ was absolutely perfect!

Nice little cruise down the motorway - I think we should definitely aim to hold more of these =]

Much better than night time meets IMO
