Look at that grin on his face... I do hope there weren't too many tears running down your face. A new chapter begins.

Beautiful, thankfully some folks are preserving these cars the way they should, while others are modifying them till there's nothing left original............except for the spirit of course.

Rest assured this car has gone to a good home. Mike's a great guy and passionate zed freak, as is Kirsten I guess, or maybe just very tolerant...they've got a few zeds between them...yeah, bit greedy! Great to have another old zed in New Plymouth and I can't wait to go for a ride in the old girl!

Hey there. I am the guy Mike and Kirsten bought the 240 from. I would love to have kept her but curcumstances change.
Sheryl and i have many many happy memories with the 240 and the good folk of the Z Club, and it is part of my life i would not have missed for the world.
I hope you get the chance to go for a spin with Mike in the old girl.

Brian.

Hey Brian. If you ever need a Z fix you can take mine for a spin, or I can take you for a drive. May not be as nice your old car but the sound and the smell is all that matters!

I can highly recommend BAKER 93s car for a ride Brian. Went around Puke race track as a passenger a few months back. Most certainly the fastest Zed I have been in to date.

Hey Brian, yes, I was sorry to read about your unfortunate predicament and the resultant decision to let the old girl go. Yet another difficult pill to swallow at this time I guess. All the neat offers of help I can only assume is true testament to the positive influence you've had on the z club/community over the years, and a great sign of respect. I'll be sure to report back my appreciation of your old 240 once Mike has taken me for a spin. It sure looked good on my driveway when Mike called round. Brought back fond memories for my wife and I as our first date was trying navigate around Auckland in a red 240z :-)

Best of luck,
Duncan
