Yes ,Silvia and R32 Skyline were 71C boxes, compared with a 71B box everything was bigger and stronger.
Seems to have a shorter throw also.

Yes it will be, no time and too many projects to finish... Need a clear head as well.

I still have my dads old 71 240z race car which will be a proper build when time allows.

Cheers

Some slow progress on the EFI conversion, plagued by a few niggly issues and guys doing the work for me being busy as well

71C conversion with rebuilt box
New driveshaft
EFI fuel system, external pump in the end was just far easier
PWR radiator
Coil on plug set up
Haltech ECU
Z story stainless headers and full exhaust
Throttle cable conversion & Jenvey throttles

Plenty of small things along the way

Coil overs, Cam and cert to go now. I should have just thrown an LS in it

I have electronic power steering kit to go in it as well but am on the fence with it

Looking forward to summer nonetheless

Coil on plug looks very tidy!
What distributor thingy are you using?

EFI Hardware but it's given nothing but troubles with the Haltech.

This is the next option should be here this week

If you are on the fence with the power steer, and you don't need it for medical reasons, don't do it.
The charm of these old school cars is their road feel, directness e.tc. In my view it should feel like a 70's sports car,
not a Lexus..

Oh, I also have the EFI hardware unit, but I guess I'll find out in a few weeks how it goes.
I'm only using for cam timing, not crank timing.
