Nice location Brian, moved my half brother to a local farm there but very remote and farmers/campers/holiday makers town. Local dairy would have liked our visit. Hour and a quarter from Tauranga. Maybe the same from mid Auckland.
All Nissans are racecars.

DIRECTIONS HOW TO GET THERE, AS THERE ARE NO STREET NUMBERS:

They do not have a street number. Glenbrook Station Road is off the main Waiuku Road if you are coming from Auckland & have left the motorway at Drury. Is sign posted, there is a brown sign by the Glenbrook Hall pointing down Glenbrook Station Road, just drive down the road until you see our car park entrance.

If using Google maps put in Farm Park Road, Waiuku which is a small road just behind our station. When heading out from Auckland our car park is before you get to this road. If using a GPS it probably will send you down a road just before Glenbrook Station Road, this road comes out on Glenbrook Station Road & is not far from our car park.

Groups are required to book, so I will be confirming numbers to go on the train about midday, enough time to squeak in if you'd like to join in.

THOSE JOINING US FOR THE TRAIN RIDE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE THERE FOR 10.15AM ON SUNDAY.

Really great to see everyone today, along with new members. 8)
Those old trains were seriously cool, the oldest having been built in 1885!

We were very outnumbered  by the American Car Club who had 27 cars there!

yes a great day out, nice surprise meeting with my brother and a friend in the american classic club, and i particularly enjoyed drooling over the giant lathes, mills, drills, surface grinders (to name but a few) in the railways workshop.
And a nice wee surprise to see a few extra Z people when we got back. :D
Just a bit of a pity there weren't a few more Zs brought out of hiding on such a nice day. also saw Dave from Z parts auto out in his convertible, on the southern motorway.

Dave would have been on his way home from the Classics Museum first birthday in Hamilton.

We took the rally car down and it was a great day also.
