That's a pity.

We had a brilliant day, and didn't get rained on, even managed a walk around at Goat Island.

Will post a couple of pics later. Big Sam should have some good pics.

Really great to meet the new members and the convoy that joined us from Whangarei. Pity about the gravel section of that road.

The Leigh Sawmill Cafe is really cool, all the old bits of machinery.

ps, Who was that in the blue 260/240 (I was at the front so couldn't see if it was a 260 or 240), that tailed onto our convoy in Leigh and dropped off again in Matakana???

Speaking of convoy's even more by chance, SMZ & Zilver spotted us, and followed us to Chocolate Brown.
