So have Nissan found money in the budget to finally fit an oil cooler? Does the new front direct some air to the brakes ?.

Yes, the face lift model does have an oil cooler. Not sure about the brakes though, haven't driven a face lift 370 yet.

My 2013 model has Nissan performance brakes on it.

That is to say that they have the Nissan name on them but I don't know too much more detail about them.

They are a huge improvement over the stock brakes that were on on my 2009 model.
