Hand Held Fire Extinguishers... which one and where from?

Hi all, especially the racers out there...

I have a plumbed in unit, but according to SchA, 4.8, i also need a hand held unit.
Either 0.9kg dry-powder or 1.0L foam minimum...

Any advice on type and best place to buy it from appreciated.

Don't forget that under the new Motorsport rules that extinguishers now have to have two clips holding them to their brackets. According to the scrutineer at the Manfeild sprint I was at yesterday, Bunnings have them at $19.95 each.
