Cost: Off the menu, and quite reasonable.
What to bring: Gold coin donation for our club charity St John, full tank of gas, co-pilot/friends/family, pens/paper, clipboard, money for lunch.

The route is not too challenging. A good mix for everyone, and all on sealed Targa type road

Details for lunch

have decided to go for this after looking at the options

ZEALONG TOUR + BUFFET LUNCH EXPERIENCE: $35. A slightly lighter alternative to the buffet offered in our previous correspondence. Beef stir fry, teriyaki chicken, fried rice, Fujian vegetarian noodles, Zealong Aromatic Pannacotta, Almond tart.

Anyone else interested in coming along. I will need to confirm numbers later in the week so if you are thinking about coming I would like to know by Wednesday evening.

We will be in a separate hall so still lots of room left for more people, get you Z's out and enjoy the Saturday drive and food with like minded people.

Same, but apparently they have a lovely menu (food that is, not tea). 8)

Just a heads up I have confirmed numbers for Lunch on Saturday if you can't make it I need to know. These people are preparing lunch for registerd numbers. Although I have managed to negotiated that we only pay for those that attend they wanted me to pay for the number i have given them. It would be unfair on them and bad publicity for the club if we dropped of numbers without advising them. If you need to do last minute registration all good need to know by thursday evening, they are able to cater for a few more if needed on the day,

If you are worried about the tea thing don't they will have juices and beers availible sorry no coffee. Trust me the tour is worth it, we have done it and enjoyed the experience and are not big tea drinkers.

Again if you are not coming and have registered please advise or unregister so I can be as accurate as possible with numbers.
