Just phoned Bella Vista, they have 2 x Studio rooms available for the 15th only, nothing left for the 16th.

Waiting for a call back from Ascot.

Hi folks, I've had a few inquiries re accommodation as the Ascot is full, as far as I'm aware Catelli's across the road was full too as of a week ago. Try Bella Vista which is 50 metres away from Ascot.

Or you could try the AA Accommodation site to try and find a hotel that way.

ps. Having just a search myself, Friday 15th February isn't at issue at most hotels, it's just the 16th (after our track day & after the Pat Benetar concert) that's busy most places.

Do you know if there is still accommodation there Friday and most importantly on the Saturday night??? Quite a few here still scrambling trying to find accommodation.

Is that the one off the end of centennial dr? Stayed there last year a couple of times, inc track day.

Just been on ratestogo and booked for the Friday without too much fuss, but yeah, saturday isn't happening. Might be back to Rotorua for me for the night I suspect, I couldn't believe how tired I was after the day on the track

Just talked to Ascot Motor Inn, don't get excited,

their still fully booked. But apparently the AA bookings, available accommodation finder website isn't working properly, so he's going to phone a few other motels they work closely with and see if there are any vacancies.

Will post straight away if he finds some, but you'll need to be on to it quickly to grab the rooms.

Murray from Ascot has just let me know that the following is available due to a few cancellations they now have a couple of rooms available, BE IN SUPER QUICK TO SECURE THE LAST AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATION!!!

Ascot will let me know straight away if they have any cancellations themselves.

Alsco do sell second hand cotton overalls if you are on a budget - currently finding prices/sizes etc.
