Z cluib website question

The last few times I have come to the Z Club website I get messages my computer has blocked "pop ups" from this website. I have not looked at them as I do not trust pop ups, but what are the ones from this site, or am I the only one getting these messages?

when you get a popup do you have a PM waiting to be read? This is the only time you should get a popup from this site.
