v8 conversion pictures

Post by 4.100zx » Fri Jun 24, 2011 10:45 pm

Hi I own a 1990 z32 2+2 red have had it serted for the v8 conversion al road legal running the vh41 series II quad cam v8 with an adapter plate for the 5 speed
people ask why do such a thing, its just some thing a little different,it has been a learning curve as well,it has made the car lighter in the front
as well,i just wired it al up myself not to much of a mission, until i can afford the custom computer,I was thinking of running turbos, but due to space it would be tight,
making the adapter plate for the gearbox was time consumeing drilling and countersinking all those holes, but it dose pull hard and lowdown tourq is way better
i had bonnet clearence isue just had to put a scoop on ,not to ugly any way well worth the journy to do
seya

Sounds interesting. Would look great with a paint jib to tidy it up. Show us under the hood.
All Nissans are racecars.
