Coil etc wiring

Recently I bought a collection of parts. Included in this was a MSD ignition unit and an Accel Super Coil. I have had the 240z running with the msd unit and found it too be much smoother. If I am to fit the super coil what do I do with the exising ballest resistor? Do I still use it? Has anyone used this combination and if so how did they wire it?
