How good are these for adding HP to an L28?
And approx what (and how much) would be needed to stick them on?
Am considering bidding, but want more info, as I am no mechenic.

Mr Brock, have a look under "triple carbs - vacuum advance", as I have made a few comments under there that might help you decide!
