Help identifying trim (06)

Post by DevourTG » Sun Mar 03, 2024 9:35 pm

Trim wasn't specified when I bought the car, and I have no clue how to figure it out. Hoping enthusiast, but I can't tell. There seem to be hundreds of combinations throughout the years, it's pretty confusing. It's an 06 if that helps.

Not 100% sure what you are asking. Are asking what trim level this car is?

Yeah, the trim level. Sorry about not being particularly clear.

Being a fairlady, they used different trim names, as the Enthusiast, Track etc was an export naming convention.
In Japan for the fairlady's they had:
- Base (cloth seats, standard brakes, no LSD)
- Sport (cloth seats, LSD & Brembo's)
- Touring (Leather heated seats, more elecrtrical goodies.., standard brakes)
- Sport Touring (leater seats, LSD & Brembo's) - best package.
- Version Nismo (only for 2007 & 2008) - Alacantra/leather seats, special grey interior, etc...)

The Z33 had an interior upgrade in 06-08.

Yours being an 06 will have the rev up engine, and it has the updated later interior..
if you have Brembo's then you have a 'Sport' model.
If you have no Brembo's, then you have a base model.

Thanks Grant, that's helpful info. Interesting that Japan offered all those options.
