Post by MBlades » Fri Aug 27, 2021 10:04 pm

Hi guys
Any recommendations for tuning setting up a 280z
Will be putting reconditioned motor in, with Jenvey heritage efi Zstory headers, haven’t settled on computer yet, open to suggestions, but really wanting next guy to set it all up
Thanks
Mark

I have not used them, but heard they are ok on the tuning front.
Also heard they are a bit pricey on the mechanical services.... so assuming you stay with just tuning, ask for an estimate.

Assuming you are in Auckland probably cant go past https://hitechmotorsport.co.nz/ (especially as they have a picture of a 240K on their homepage :)

This is Bob Homewood's business but his son and other Nissan experts are now running it . I think I was lucky and Bob came in to help with my tune.

If in Tauranga, I use Lin at CDM I Concept Dynamic Motorsports http://www.conceptdynamic.co.nz/ for all my link tuning.

I would recommend Hitech Motorsport as well they did my car, they installed a Link computer and tuned it for me. that was a few years ago and it has had no problems.
