(Canceled) Taupo Track Day 9th April 2022

Post by agecage » Thu Feb 10, 2022 11:56 pm

Update 3/4/2022

Unfortunately due to low interest and registration we have had to cancel track day for 2022. Thanks to those that registered for this event. Unfortunately we cant go ahead with this event with only 2 registrations. Hopefully we can look to next year to be a big event, when life gets back to some form of normality.

Regards,

Adriaan

Need to show your vax pass, and we are limited to 100 people, which should not be a problem based on past entry numbers.
Be aware of an additional safety item. You must now have a foam neck collar/support.
These are circa $40 and can be shared between drivers in different groups. and are also mandatory for track days at Hampton and Highlands.
Putting on a neck brace cold and clammy with someone else's sweat is a lovely thing.

At this stage we will have to follow the current government guidelines. 100 max with compulsory vaccine pass. TMSP has a requirement that all must have a vaccine pass.

TRACK DAY
So far we have had very low registration numbers.
Your club committee needs to make a call on proceeding, or not, because we are up for
significant track costs.
Please register by 12 midday this Friday 25/02/22 if you are intending to take part.
