I was hoping to make it this weekend but car has just come out of fibre glass and needs a tidy up and a few loose ends completed

Hope it all goes well for all

Hi everyone. We will be looking for Volunteers to assist us us with Marshaling on the day. As a Marshal you will have a prime position on the track, be equipped with a Radio Telephone and a Fire Extinguisher. I will go over a few instruction before you go out. All Volunteers will have free lunch, if you have already paid we will refund your money. If you keen to help in this area please take a hat. You can also post your name here or report to Bernie at the track. I will be easy to find as I am currently hobbling around in a Moon Boot as I have damaged my Achilles Tendon. My Son Adrian will be taking my normal task of organizing cars to the track.

My Dad should be coming along with me so he can help out. I just finished getting the engine back into the mini so big day tomorrow getting it fired up and running then normal pre track time checks, bleed brakes, check for any leaks - fix them....etc.

And I just got asked by my wife as to why I always leave these things until the last moment - must be something about Motorsport!
Looking forward to seeing the mighty Mini!

One of the scrutineers placed a sticker on the windscreen after completing checks for Alert Motorsport - www.alertmotorsport.com - but I have checked the website and it is not valid/working.

What's that all about?

Another fantastic day thanks to the organising team and the helpers.
Great to catch up with the regulars and make some new acquaintances too.

Was an amazing day, plenty of track time for all. Not many incidents either, i believe only 1 car needed to be towed of circuit. Thanks to all.
