What: Z Club AGM, Prize Giving & dinner
When: Saturday 14th November 2015
Time: 6.30pm start for 7.30pm AGM
Where: Doolan Brothers, Function Room

What to bring: Gold coin donation for our club charity St John, money for dinner & drinks (a la carte menu), friends/family, sense of humour.
Costs: Order what you would like from the menu's)

The AGM part of the evening doesn't take much time, usually less than 1/2 an hour, then we can get on with the hilarity of the prize giving and handing out all of the trophies!

Who will be the worthy recipient of the "Booby Prize", for those of you that haven't seen it, it's a hoot!

Especially for those new members who may not have made it along to an event yet, whether your Zed is road going or a project, we always enjoy meeting budding new Zedders.

If parking is a bit busy on the streets surrounding, there is a parking building directly across the road from Doolan Bros.

We are really keen to see some more members attend this evening. Only a small part of the evening will be taken up with AGM. A good chance to hear what the committee has been up to and a great opportunity to gleam information from fellow club members. Put your name down and join us for the evening. This is a very great venue. Good food, and I will be there so good company as well.
If you have never been to an event come along to this one.

Hi team, if you'd like to join us for this event, we need to know in the next couple of days at the very latest, to allow the venue to order in food and obviously have a suitable number of staff on.

ps, We've got the meeting room booked for our event, so ask for the Zclub event when you arrive. 6.30pm for drinkies, whilst we're ordering dinner, AGM, then Prize Giving, desserts/coffees etc.
