Dash pot oil

To the guys that are running SU's or have done so in the past.

What oils have you tried using in the dash pots and what would you recomend?

I have used several different oils I even brought some from the Z store that I'm using currently. But I think its a bit thick so response is a bit slow. I am going to swap back to some motorbike front fork oil that was thinner and see if that is better.

This is he first time replacing the oil for me so any information is great

I used auto tranny oil. Worked for me.

Sewing machine oil or 2n1 oil - that is what I have used and it seems to be good and stable.
