I did this years ago in an old Corolla station wagon. Good fun, but i don't have a suitable vehicle any more.

This event is being cancelled due to the tiny number of entrants, and the forecasted weather system for the end of the week. We have to give 3 days notice of event cancellation to MotorSport NZ.

If you'd like we can quickly pull together a brunch instead. Who's keen?

If anyone has access to a large open area, especially if it's under cover for us to use for a motokhana, please let us know. We're always looking for new venue sites.

It's a grand to hire the skid pan at Hampton Downs (or thereabouts)

I'd be willing to chuck in half the cost so long as I have ten free entrees to the event.

Large enough area to run a show n shine in the morning then get the cars dirty in the arvo - or the other way round just to be nasty to the clean freaks

Thank you for the offer mungy, will keep that in mind. I know Blue Peril likes that skidpad.

Was more fishing for some new venues too. Must be all sorts of places that we don't know about.

Might have needed water wings and weights in our cars if this event had gone ahead.
