Dumb question maybe - I see they have seats which I need for Taupo. Looking locally around here this weekend, but I see they have Racetech ones.

Now at this stage I know diddly squat about seats, except that my stock seat is to high for a helmet AND a T top Panel!

Worth heading up and taking a look?

I'd say so.

You can also pm 240z and ask him questions on this topic. 8)

Yes definitely check first, they are agents for seats but usually don't stock them because of space.

The Z32 300zx had a factory Recaro option which dropped the seat base by about an inch or so.
Just keep in mind that the rails for the Recaros differ to that of the stock Z32 seat, and generic/"universal" rails dont seem to fit.

Don't forget that the 300ZX also has the seat belt catch mounted to the upper section of the seat rail ...
AKA ZFETSH
Now armed with a Z32 2+0 NA

Thanks guys - I have a spare seatbelt clip fortunately, I had my stock seats repaired. Zilver - what do you reckon my chances are of getting down 50 - 60mm? I'm hoping that, with some seat incline could give me the step down I need.

Actually after today I'll be driving the Camry. Radiator split so tow truck from North Shore back to Papakura. An expensive Saturday drive!
