priced up and about to buy 10 30 redline oil for oil change. this all good?

Depends on what you are looking for. Is it an everyday driver? Track?

Aparently Redline is good for the newer Zs so your definatly on the right track.
Im sorry im not of much use az my Z is a 1971 240z but ive run my other cars on Castrol egde and they per along just fine
(2007 sti wagon and my 2001 mercedez benz clk 230 manual sports coupe)

As Maukuzed says, 5w 30 is the recommended viscosity for our 350's. Either Castrol Edge or Mobil 1 is what a lot of us in NZ run ours on. Redline is very popular in the US. Up to you though Wld. 8)

thanks for all the replies :)

good links bronze! pretty informative.

I ended up getting the redline, got a pretty good price on 5L so thought why not. Doing a full service apart from trans because that was done recently, just in time for cruise on sunday :)
