We are getting duplicates by just using plate numbers so I have added chassis numbers to the list and expanded the plate and ownership details a little. We will eventually maybe get a full database going but let me know chassis numbers and changes and we will modify.

Good going Andy. There appears to be about 115 240s and 90 or so 260s on the list. Your 72 is built 133 before mine. Yes i agree ,the build number would be good.
Taking into account those that rusted away etc. at a guess there probably was not more than 150 240s and perhaps a few less 260s
first registerd in NZ.If any one knows how to locate the rego records I would be interested to hear. I have Googled everything I can
think of and always come up zilch.
Cheers, Brian.

Hi there, I know this is an old post but if you want my Zed details they are as follows. 1973 Japanese import Fairlady Z 2L L20 chassis number S30-111660, current engine number L20 858372 but soon to be replaced with L20 486618. Rego was OR8143 but is no longer on VTNZ's system as rego wasn't put on hold so it will be re certified.
