Caffeine & Classics / Gasoline - Sunday 30 Aug 2020

Post by BRONZEE » Fri Feb 07, 2014 8:17 pm

What: Caffeine & Classics event series (at Smales Farm) or Caffeine & Gasoline (at Hampton Downs, same day and times)
When: Sunday 30th August 2020
Time: 10am to 1pm (people seem to arrive from about 8.30am- 9am though)
Where: Smales Farm, Takapuna
Address: The Avenue, off Taharoto Road, Takapuna (Take Northcote Road offramp)
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/CaffeineAndClassics/?fref=ts

In February 2013 Protecta Insurance, New Zealand Classic Car Magazine and NZV8 Magazine came together to launch the Caffeine & Classics event series. These events have been offering classic motoring enthusiasts the chance to come together in an informal setting to share in a passion for all things classic and to forge new friendships.

As the organising committee they've found these events highly rewarding, particularly with all the positive feedback and the impressive number of iconic vehicles from the American, British, European, Australian and Japanese marques.

With a new year upon us they're keen to grow our Caffeine & Classics community even further, they would be delighted if you could join us for our events held on the last Sunday of every month.

Our next event will be from 10am to 1pm.

The Caffeine & Classics events are free to attend, with plenty of free parking also available. Parking isn't pre-allocated, but they'll always endeavour to park a club convoy together and you're welcome to bring a club banner. For directions to the event, click here and for the latest event updates why not "Like" us on Facebook.

Please feel free to forward this invitation to members of your club and family and friends who may also be interested in attending.
Best regards

I popped by this event last month. Really relaxed event, and some really nice cars. 8)

Many thanks to our ZClub Club Patron Steve Millen who told us about this event when he came to our AGM in November. He doesn't live in NZ anymore, but obviously still in tune with what's happening here on his visits back. Thanks for the heads up Steve. 8)

It was great! Biggest yet - both car parks full by 10 so they had to open another one. All sorts of cool cars there. Andy and Lindsey there - 240 getting lots of interest.

Caffeine and Classics on Sunday Wow ! 4 Zeds on display. Got there early, just before 9am, and received a free gift. Without a doubt the best car display I have ever been to. This is a great way to promote the Z Club. Organisers said by 10.30 there were over 700 cars on display, the largest ever. Lots of interest in my 350. Check out the Caffeine and Classics web site, there were 105 photos taken on the day. Sorry no Z's.
