So I recently bought this NA manual 2+2 , it belonged to another Zclub member and is in great condition.

My plans are:
- Change the wheels for something slightly wider and mesh design like a BBS RS or Style 5
- Upgrade the cheap coilovers to something better
- Fix up some of the rough edges like the peeling window trims etc
- Get a 99 Jspec front bumper and possibly some sideskirts
- Turbos
- Couple of other bits and pieces

First up.
If I'm going to drive a panty dropper like this, the mood lighting needs to be right.
Found the perfect spot for the LEDs where you can't see them from the driver's seat but they will create a nice ambience on the dash & console.
Drilled some holes:

Wired it all up:

Installed:

Will try and get a good shot of the effect a little later.

Very tidy car!
Surprising how the colour changes under different light.

Yes, my old Honda a lighting like that, it's actually quite good for night driving. Not bright enough to affect anything but just good enough to see all the controls. Well done that's a great upgrade.

Cool, the turbo change will be a nice little project, and will keep the cars value, and will no doubt be a lot of fun.
Keep us up to date!
There seems to be a few being wrecked on TM at the moment, you may be able to get Turbo motor with all the accessories for a reasonable price... no idea what they are worth.
Cheers Grant

Will do, thanks Grant. If I could find a complete motor that will be ideal, will see what I can find.
Yesterday I removed the ugly lights from the front bumper, looks so much cleaner now.
