Been lurking on here since I had a 240K. Then bought a targa spec 260Z 2 seater, had to sell it fairly promptly due to financial difficulties at the time , few years later found this at a steal of a price and local.

JDM spec Fairlady Z with L28.

When previous owner bought it:







Full bare metal rebuild, hours and hours of rust repairs later and now she looks like this:









Going to change a few things, wheels, height, steering wheel. Also on look out for a warm L28 as original engine is tired.

stock 280zx seats from the look

Seats are recovered standard ones with some extra bolsters if my memory is correct.

Sorry Tony, no spare motors unless you want to buy the L24 you sold me back!

Yes, mine are the same shape but nearly as tidy looking. The ZX did have some pretty ugly seat types but these are the best... in my opinion anyway.

I do have a soft spot for the 280zx 2 seater, having owned 2 in the past. A black one much like your - in fact the number plate is close to my old one if I recall - was that ever an Auto???

Also Old_timer - if your 280zx is the one Rob from Taupo used to own - then I have owned that one too
