Bucket seat rails / seat belt mounting

Has anyone ever used NZKW Seat rails? What are they like? Are they worth the money and do most bucket seats fit them?
Also for people who have got racing/ bucket seats where have you mounted your stock seat belts?
I've read online that if your seat belt is mounted to your seat rails it then becomes a stressed seat and wont pass LVV certification.
So if it's not any trouble comments are much appreciated!
