Hey guys,

I recently joined the Z Club and yesterday purchased my first Z, a 300zx. I got it from another member of the club. It's a non-turbo manual 2+2 in very nice condition. I've been wanting one of these cars since I drove one when I was about 15, finally got round to getting a good one.

Ultimately I would like a twin turbo 2 seater, but this one is really nice and I am having a grand time at the moment with it so will see. Plans are too:
- Get a '99 Jspec front bumper
- Clear indicator tail lights
- Paint some of the window trims etc to clean it up
- Upgrade the cheap coilovers with something better
- Fix targa roof leaking
- Couple of other bits and pieces
- Drive the s*** out of it.

I also own this 328i which I've had for a couple of years and do track days and drags with:

Looking forward to being part of this club and joining in on events etc.

Hey congrates on your purchase. I know the car and you have got a good one there. How about bringing it to trackday. That car has been there before. Good and reliable.

Thanks Bernie. I'm not going to be able to make it on the 20th, but I am definitely keen for any trackdays after that.

Welcome to the forum & Zedding!! Enjoy, your Z has quite a long club history. Bring her along to Caffeine & Classics at Smales Farm in Takapuna, last Sunday of each month (bar when the Levels get mucked up). She's well aquainted with Caffeine & Classics!
Next - Z Club events:

I definitely will be at the next one with it. I've been going to caffeine and classics for years.
