Well at least last year was trouble free for them. Wonder if they will be back for year 4 in a Z34 next year... I hope there wasn't too much damage, or will it be a write off? I've not seen anything on tv or any footage at all.Andy wrote:Our 350Z friends from Japan were out after their roll, maybe the old car knew that the 370Z had been released?
TARGA NEW ZEALAND 26th-31st Oct 2009
Was replayed on TV a few times. Hit hard enough on the right hand side to demolish the left hand front suspension of a stranded BMW. Then glanced off a bank and gently rolled over. Apparently no glass broke. Will certainly have damage to the right, when it hit, and left side and top, when it rolled over. Tail lights should be salvageable.BRONZEE wrote:Well at least last year was trouble free for them. Wonder if they will be back for year 4 in a Z34 next year... That BMW had no panel damage it was on the side due to mechanical issues - then the 350z did the panel damage to the not so common LHD E30 M3 (like all of them only LHD for that model ie like the ones that ran at Bathurst back in the day aka JPS BMW's)
