LD28 gearbox bellhousing, fits on a F5W71C gearbox (has the larger shift rod hole) and bolts to L series engines. $50
F5W71C gearbox from S14, housings split to test fit above bellhousing, will need a new tail shaft bearing (as I removed it) so $100, nothing wrong with box beforehand that I know of.
