Yes the steering wheel lock failure is a known 370z/Z34 issue. Let us know how you get on.

Maybe the Kapiti Collector Old_Datto_Fan has some, stashed in a container?

The third panel looks similar to Daytona Blue of the 350. Been used on quite a few of the old school Z's.
