Just watched video, that's real cool. I love to watch that sort of stuff good to see you doing the passing. I agree with the L series 6 sound, awesome noise.

I think it's cool that you are doing this, you know five years ago I bought a complete 280xz for $200 for the engine, I took the motor out and sent the rest to the scrap yard diff and all. Look now it's hard to find something.

I had rad problems 5-6 years ago. I had a three core rad made up for it. Cost about $500.00 back then. Why don't you go on one of the Amercian sites (motorsports) and buy an aluminum one?

I fixed mine it was definitely coming in the tailgate. But check your taillamp seals. The wind behind a Z is forced on to the back of the car, so anything at the back that could let fumes or air in. remember it is actually sucked in if there is gap.

Okay here's the go. $2100.00 plus GST I reckon $3500.00 plus GST. $1000.00 for certs. if you could get it for 10k would be a good deal. If anyone interested pm me. would be keen to do the repairs.

Yes I think it has an internal regulator, I had the alternator looked at when I rebuilt the engine bay and motor, Might pull it out and get the sparky to check it. thanks guys.
