To run the Link all you need to do is find the optical distributor and drive from an L20ET R30 Skyline, there are some other cars that have them but that is probably your safest bet. Then you need the chopper plate from a VG30E or VG30ET distribtor, so any Z31 or J30 Maxima etc put it all together a...

Hey, L28, L20E and L20ET and VG20ET injectors are 185cc's The next 'up-size' that will directly fit in are FJ20E's at 240cc''s then NICS RB20DET's (ie HR31 & Z31 200ZR) at 259cc's. After that you're in 370cc territory with the FJ20ET. VG30ET ones are 270cc same as the factory L28ET ones. What co...

The handle has something to do with the floor vents I think, I haven't seen one that actually worked though. The light is to illuminate the ignition, if you have a look just above the barrel there should be a little clear window.

It seems like an awful lot of work to me for probably not much gain, why not try and find a VG33 to put in there? I think 300 extra cc's would make more different than half a compression point, and it should still run on the factory computer.

Hey, just get something that isn't crap, Eagle ones (from Appco) or NGK ones would be good, Champion ones are okay, no need to spend huge money if the car is reasonably stock, they don't make that much difference.

I think Autobend do them, Coby can still get/make them. Maybe try Pioneer Autoparts or Segedins aswell.

Has yours got the short or tall filter on it? You could try ringing Pioneer Autoparts direct and see what they say, you'll still have to wait the 8 odd weeks, the part number for the short one is E2880 and the tall one is E2990. I don't think on a stock ZX you'll notice much of an increase in perfor...

You can use the Z31 computer, but I think its a bit trickier than that, the ECU itself will plug into the ECU plug on very late model Zs (I think they use 2 or 3 plugs instead of the normal 1), if you've got an earlier Z than about 1982 then you'll need the loom from the Z31 aswell, which needs bit ...

If only I had that much money, do they come with the turbo vents? Do you know of a place to source fibreglass guards from?

What mods have you done to the motor in your race car?

The clocks in Z's have always been crap, try swapping it for another one or you could try resoldering the joints and giving it a good clean out with electronic cleaning stuff, CRC make it, you can buy it from Dick Smiths I think.
