I can't find any reference in the 240z/260z part catalogues for the 21600-AJ5015 part number but my best guess would be something to do with AirCon given it is Kanto - Seiki as temperature is their thing. HRC leisure time is no more and the equivalent today would not accept the Gillespie Z as it cage/body mods are way outside what they permit + it would have to be L powered and then like I said mods outside what they want.
