Mike's in the ball park for price, even the Japanese prices have sky rocketed, could potentially look in Aussie as well maybe ask on there Z forums.

Rb26 motor mounts

Anyone on here made rb26 motor and gearbox mounts for a datsun 240z?

Mckinney ones will end up being $1000 by the time they land and i dont know if i trust cxracing given their feedback and reviews

Think you just have to be under 95 or 97 decibels at 2500 - 3000 rpm to pass wof standards.

More than likely wouldnt get tested unless it obnxiously loud

And even when you think youve got it all out you'll discover a pile of sand/ blasting material on the floor after youve shut the door/ jacked the car up 😂😂

No idea when mine was blasted but still finding sand even after ive vacuumed and used compressed air

240z dash boards are different to 260 or 280z dashboards. 3 guage cluster is slightly different, heater control panel is a different shape. A 260 or 280z dash will fit a 240z though you just need the matching centre console to what ever dash you go with and if you buy a 260 or 280z dash for a 240z y...

Could just buy a cusco or kaaz etc lsd unit and get it fitted to your open r180 or r200.

Might be more expensive initially but you are garunteed to have a 'good' diff rarther than a 2nd hand used unit
