Thanks. Last week I painted the window trims that were flaking. trims 5.jpg trims 1.jpg trims 6.jpg Went to Night Wars on Friday. Car ran extremely consistently, ran 15.3 something all night bar 2 runs. I got to third round of DYO but jumped the light by 0.03 so was knocked out. Going to go next rou...

Re: 300ZX Z32

Will do, thanks Grant. If I could find a complete motor that will be ideal, will see what I can find.

Yesterday I removed the ugly lights from the front bumper, looks so much cleaner now.

Re: 300ZX Z32

Thanks. Yeah the color is quite interesting, almost looks dull when it's cloudy but it really sparkles when the sun hits it. Today I cut & polished some bits that were looking a bit dull or had scratches, then waxed the whole thing. It's looking really good now. polish 53.jpg polish 37.jpg polis...

Re: 300ZX Z32

First up. If I'm going to drive a panty dropper like this, the mood lighting needs to be right. Found the perfect spot for the LEDs where you can't see them from the driver's seat but they will create a nice ambience on the dash & console. Drilled some holes: moodlight 2.jpg Wired it all up: moo...

So I recently bought this NA manual 2+2 , it belonged to another Zclub member and is in great condition. 15.jpg 8.jpg 2.jpg 1.jpg My plans are: - Change the wheels for something slightly wider and mesh design like a BBS RS or Style 5 - Upgrade the cheap coilovers to something better - Fix up some of...

Re: New Member from Auckland with 300zx

Welcome to the forum & Zedding!! Enjoy, your Z has quite a long club history. Bring her along to Caffeine & Classics at Smales Farm in Takapuna, last Sunday of each month (bar when the Levels get mucked up). She's well aquainted with Caffeine & Classics! I definitely will be at the next...

Re: New Member from Auckland with 300zx

Thanks Bernie. I'm not going to be able to make it on the 20th, but I am definitely keen for any trackdays after that.

New Member from Auckland with 300zx

Hey guys, I recently joined the Z Club and yesterday purchased my first Z, a 300zx. I got it from another member of the club. It's a non-turbo manual 2+2 in very nice condition. I've been wanting one of these cars since I drove one when I was about 15, finally got round to getting a good one. 8.jpg ...
