Re: Matakana Run - August 2nd

Thanks for organising team Kant. Great to be out with Zs and discovering some fun new roads. Had a ball! Also happy my z is running better than it has for ages - adds to the enjoyment!

Re: 240Z indicator repair options.

Took it to Gt Auto Electrics on the North Shore. Good shop that understands old school cars. Fiddled with the switch and put in a new flasher unit as well. Works but still a bit flakey..........

240Z indicator repair options.

Hi team my 71 240z indicator switch has cried enough. I have traversed the net for rebuild tips and pulled the switch apart to clean the contacts and had it working briefly but it is super flakey and now doesn’t work. Wondering if anyone has any spares or knows a hack to replace the rocker assembly ...

7C2034F3-2284-40B4-A1F9-A2D0C5F15504.jpeg I managed to get the original plate reissued as a personalised plate as the previous owner put a pp on it and also surrendered the black plates. First I repainted the new ones and then I got replicas made by Doozi (in Hamilton and on Facebook). Hopefully Ki...

Re: Rodger's 240Z

Awesome - great to see another one come out of the woodwork! Didn’t know this car existed! Do you know where the car originated given the indicator repeats on the guards?

Keep us updated with progress!

Just done a repaint on mine.....they are never done!

240z bumper rubbers - buying from states

Hey Z-aphiles, My 72 240z is getting bit of refresh including rechroming front and rear bumpers. It would be a shame to use the old rubbers so I am checking if anyone has bought out of the states. About 15 years ago I got some NOS bumper rubbers out of the states from a mate over there. Drag them ou...
