My 2004 Zed has only 135ks but has a significant clonk when engaging drive or reverse. On hoist it does not appear to have much movement where shaft meets diff, and both rear CVs seem good. Slashman on this site does an amazing chip upgrade - average 75hp more for the 300ZX from memory and popped into ECU in minutes. That and variable boost guage transformed my 300.
