Re: Kawhia Run and Lunch - 27th November
Weather forecast, metvuw, is looking pretty rubbish, that’ll that some of the enjoyment out of it - I might withdraw from this, this time around, shame because I really enjoy that run out to Kawhia.

Re: Coromandel Loop, 26-27th June
Hi, I'm planning on coming from Tauranga, meet you at Thames, cruise up to Coromandel with you, take a break, then head on back in the avo. See you there if all goes to plan.

FYI - regarding Alert Motorsport
One of the scrutineers placed a sticker on the windscreen after completing checks for Alert Motorsport - www.alertmotorsport.com - but I have checked the website and it is not valid/working.
What's that all about?

Yeah 11% loss over 13 years is a bit of a shame. I don't know if the factory stats are Rear Wheel - usually are - got the figures from redbook.co.nz For my NOS all the internals are stock - the Track Edition should be robust enough to handle up to an additional 100hp and the Brembo's should able to ...

Re: 2003 350z OBDII?
Hey guys, I drive a 2003 touring, and I've been wanting to get something going with one of those Bluetooth obd adapters, but nothing I've found works. As far as I can tell there isn't any that will work with it, But I figured id do a post just to be certain. Alternatively, is there some way to get ...

350Z NOS project
Finally, after over a year of working on my 2003 350Z Track (NZ) - delays mostly due to lack of funds - it is in and working. I haven't got it LVVA certified yet, that needs some more money to get there, but it is ready to go to a track day and have a play - have booked it in to an event at Taupo 13...

Re: 2003 350Z - OBD II - Reporting not enabled
We are on the same page. Have you figured this out yet? Speaking to Nissan and other forums, there's not much you can do - replace various computers and probably some of the sensors, but that has no guarantees - replace the car with a Jap import or a NZ 2006/7 car. Bit of a shame really because the...

Rego increase based on Safety of car - HA!
It is a hugely flawed logic statement - in fact they are doing their calculations based on the number of these vehicles/model are involved in crashes (in Australia) verses the number of them on the road. So, the 350Z having loads of air bags, abs, etc is not taken into account. It is the fact that l...

Found the issue. 2003 NZ New - too soon
Japanese imports were OBDII compliant from the late 90's but NZ did not make it mandatory for vehicles to have OBDII protocol until 2006 (?) so this 2003, while it has a connector, the computer does not support OBDII. I got a bit of info on this from Stahlcar.nz.obd2 site for a bit of history. So, I...

2003 350Z - OBD II - Reporting not enabled
Does anyone know how to enable this?
I have a bluetooth OBD2 connector plugged in and it connects to Torque but is reporting that OBD is not enabled from the factory (or something very similar to that).
