I like the 380RS. I see there is one in the Targa this year, a black one I think? which unfortunately crashed

Re: Rear hatch gas struts
The small cover underneath the rear strut tower in the boot. The one I mentioned was missing in mine, or did it not have one in the first place to start with?Slow Loris wrote: What cover(location of) are you referring to?
It's no larger than about 10cm? rectangle in shape if I remember correctly.

Re: Rear hatch gas struts
The only thing with the new struts is I have to manually unlock and lift the rear hatch before the struts take over and raise the hatch the rest of the way.. Sorry if this a noob question, but is there a way to pop the hatch other than manually? I found this out using the PDF manual guide from the ...

Just another excuse to take the Z out and hit those B roads (not that I ever actually need an excuse  ) P.S. Twilight Road is one of my favourites. As is Ararimu Road, Ararimu Valley Road, Tuakau Bridge-Port Waikato Road, Kaipara Coast Highway, Firth of Thames ...and so on. Hmm, we really nee...

Front Lower Arm bushing
So today I had my second WOF since ownership. I got the news today by the guy checking under the car that both Front Control Arm bushes were cracked, which is also referred to as a 'compression rod'??? The WOF was passed anyway but as a side comment on the paper it was noted that I should look into ...

Wow... if only this came up when I was looking for one 2 years ago. Looks so shiny. http://s32.postimg.org/i2y3dyttt/zed.jpg http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/nissan/auction-1082222676.htm Ha! Yes it's shiny, but the trouble with black is keeping it that way! ;-) Your right, my prev...

The 06+ taillights fit easily with little modification to the actual plugs, you just need to chissle the sides down so that they fit. and the headlights do work but i needed to have the wires reworked so that the wiring pattern matched the previous headlight pattern but its only a $80 job by a auto...

06+ LED OEM Tail Lights
Hi, wanting to know if my 04 base model can fit those OEM LED tail lights that are from the 06+ models. Will it be a direct bolt on or are there there different wiring, voltage or fitment issues? http://s32.postimg.org/xdw7nyc0h/image.jpg And also, while I'm at it just for future reference. Do the n...

Re: Rego increase based on Safety of car - HA!
It is a hugely flawed logic statement - in fact they are doing their calculations based on the number of these vehicles/model are involved in crashes (in Australia) verses the number of them on the road. So, the 350Z having loads of air bags, abs, etc is not taken into account. It is the fact that ...

Auto or manual, they both the same. Have no problems with mine, I understand your frustration but it isn't the hardest thing to do in the world, just a bit of wiggle wiggle game you got to play every time you pull it out (no pun intended lol).
Also, no available after market part for that I believe?

You have an eye for detail ;) The bonnet came with some plastic bits underneath that you can put on to cover the vents for when you wash it. I only plan to take them off when i go to the track. Yes it is a top secret diffuser at the back. Sadly couldnt find a carbon fibre one :( I got it off this g...
